I often imagine what America would look like if it wasn’t a country built around the automobile. It may seem a fantasy, but the day will come when gas prices rise beyond reason, and the age of the combustion engine automobile will end. When this happens what will become of wanderers like me? Will we still find means and reason to travel and explore?
